Thank you for your interest in my Watch Arcadia program, a neighborhood watch and email notification program designed to keep neighbors informed of potential safety issues, and other items of interest, within Arcadia.
Hello, I’m Kathy Gardenier, a neighbor, parent, Realtor® and long time Arcadia resident. The reason I decided to promote my Watch Arcadia program through my website is due to the high amount of exposure I receive from it. My goal is to make this wonderful Arcadia neighborhood an even safer place to live. The information we can communicate to and receive from neighbors is invaluable concerning our safety issues. Please feel free to inform all of your Arcadia family, friends and neighbors to sign onto this program to report and become more informed.
Even though I am a Realtor® by profession, my main and original intention of creating a communication network of neighbors is to make Arcadia as safe as possible. Like you, I too have a great concern for safety, as I am raising two daughters in this beautiful neighborhood.
As you may or may not know, over this past year there have been reports of Peeping Toms in Arcadia, car thefts, car windows being smashed by vandals, home burglaries and various other burglaries.
Wouldn't it be nice to know about such occurences when they happen so you can better protect your family? Let's band together and make our wonderful Arcadia neighborhood even safer.
How It Works:
By signing up you can report an incident or suspicious occurrence and
receive email alerts of concern, reported by other neighbors.
The person reporting will remain anonymous.
